Great for everyday stress and sleep if you want a healthy alternative to pharmaceutical sleep aids and their often nasty side effects. Also great if you want to avoid pharmaceuticals to deal with stress and their nasty side effects.
Personally, I prefer the gummies! Tastes great and not as sour as I thought they'd be. I only have them at night before sleep, and makes me feel extremely relaxed. Definitely my go to for a great night sleep.
